The Basics of Health

  1. Mental Attitude, Spiritual, and Human Connection
    • Spend time with people you love and that love you
    • Promote a gentle mental attitude with yourself
  2. Nutrition, Digestion, Assimilation
    • What are you eating? Is it as good as you think that is is?
    • Are you ingesting unknown food allergens?
    • How is your digestion and assimilation?
  3. Bowel Movements
    • You should use the rest room at least 1x daily, at best 3x daily.
  4. Exercise
    • Is your exercise and fitness plan suited to your health concerns?
  5. Water
    • You should drink ½ your body weight in oz of water daily unless you are 75lbs or more over weight
  6. Sleep
    • 8 hours are necessary with 9 hours a night being optimal
  7. Cleanliness
    • Taking care of your teeth and body leads to a healthier and happier person overall
  8. Body Mechanics
    • Posture, alignment, symmetry and ergonomics are important in how you feel mentally and physically and can impact your neurological and organ function.
  9. Breathing
    • There is more to this than you think! Most people do not breathe properly.
  10. Sunlight
    • An Average of at least 20 min daily from 10 am- 4 pm
